I made it!
Yesterday is behind me, finally.
I woke up during the surgery and was insisting that they stop the procedure until I was under again. They had to resort to general anesthetic for a brief while so they could complete the task at hand.
Suffice to say, I lived to tell the tale.
When I get home, I'll post in more detail.
